Late quarterly report
I m a baaaaaaad girl I turned my quarterly in on the 24th. know my come late 5th for cash 10th for FS. BUT I get a call today from my case worker saying I needed proof I wasn't working any longer. Meaning unemployment well I was denied unemployment (no surprise there) So I stand in line at window number freaking one for an hour and a half okay. my fault for the wait. BUT WHY OH WHY PEOPLE choose not to wear deoderant on hot ass days. I know we are all on welfare but do we really have to look like crap? Or better yet smell like a combo of BO piss and dirty laundry? Then walk out and get into our brand new focus? i did a search for late quarterly report ran into this it made me feel alot better because mine was late last month (december). i got a notice from my worker saying i have until the 1st of the working month of the following month to turn it in. which i did. but i got a letter stating my benefits have stopped. i'm guessing that was sent before they got my quarterly report. i've tried calling my worker all week to find out what to do, but she hasn't responded to my calls at all i am not sure what to do. your post gave me reassurance that i still may get it. just late as well.
my question to you, did you get a notice saying that your benefits were going to be stopped? i normally get my aid on the 2nd my stamps on the 6th. i don't know if i should still go in to the government office tomorrow to ask to talk to some one? or should i just wait it out hope it'll get here, just late? i just don't understand why she can't return my call. now she can't (if she ever was) because my phone is disconnected.
